As climate shifts and development drive humans and elephants toward sharing more of the same spaces and resources, what interventions offer the most for human-elephant coexistence?

This particular game embeds a reasonably large set of submodels in a tapSquares application to capture elephant movement and feeding, vegetation response to rainfall, and a range of possible farm-level decisions. Outputs from the eventual final game are intended to inform and calibrate an agent-based simulation, that itself can help planners understand how their interventions might reshape both human and elephant outcomes. The mechanisms here could be useful for other applications with mobile pests or predators, and with landscape response to environment.
